We are dedicated to building power in our community of Black Indigenous and People of Color, LGBTQ+, and young people residing in the most rapidly diversifying county in Oregon.

We aim to transform Washington County through political organizing by supporting changes in leadership to be reflective of the population they serve.

We aspire to create a leadership pipeline of passionate and racially diverse community leaders who can work together.

With our collective effort, we can build a strong base of community-oriented change makers.

Our ultimate goal is for the most impacted members of the county to hold more power and to be directly engaged in decision making processes.
